How do I get my child started?
Getting started with AstraX is simple. Just visit our website and click the "Enrol Now" button to begin the process. Follow the step-by-step prompts to provide your details, and we’ll be in touch shortly to confirm your consultation and next steps.
What are your class times?
AstraX is open from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekends (AEST). We offer both one-on-one and group classes, depending on your child’s needs. One-on-one sessions are available 7 days a week and can be scheduled flexibly to suit your family’s routine. For certain subjects, we also run group classes at set times, students may request to join these timetabled classes if spots are available and minimum enrolment numbers are met.
Please note: One-on-one sessions can be booked, rescheduled, or modified with at least 24 hours’ notice. Group class times are fixed and subject to availability.
What technology do I need for online classes?
You won’t need to install any special programs. All AstraX sessions are run live via Zoom. As long as you have a laptop, desktop, or tablet with a webcam, microphone, and a stable internet connection, you're good to go. Our lessons are fully interactive and conducted in real time, ensuring your child stays engaged and supported throughout.
